From July 1941, the factory began manufacture T-40C. Thick front and side armor was 15 mm, the tower was 20 mm, the tank was fully welded. The design received the designation "030" or T-30. In September 1941, the T-30 is equipped with 20 mm automatic cannon ShVAK.
