This model is a model of a T-34 tank with a stamped turret, manufactured at UZTM in early 1943.
Historical note: the Production of T-34 tanks at UZTM began in September 1942 and lasted until August 1943. During this time, Sverdlovsk tank builders produced 731 t-34 tanks for the red Army. An interesting fact is that when the UZTM foundries ceased to cope with the implementation of the ever-increasing plan for the production of cast towers for the T-34 tank, a new stamped tower was designed on the instructions of the plant management, for the manufacture of which the free capacity of the 10,000-ton press was used. From October 1942 to March 1943, the UZTM produced 2050 pieces of stamped towers, some of which were installed on T-34 tanks of its own production, and some were sent to Chelyabinsk to the Kirov plant.
